At the bear minimum, a network must have Gnosis safe + a canonical bridge. Secondary dependencies like chainlink are also important to properly set up our most important liquidity.

There are many components involved in a new network launch, inclusive but not limited to the following:

  1. New gauge factory (root gauge), requires gov vote to activate owner: blabs sc team
  2. Rewards bridging workflow owner: blabs + automation partially maintained by maxis
  3. Frontend work owner: opco
  4. Subgraph work owner: blabs data team
  5. Protocol smart contract deployments, from vault, to pool factory, to fee collectors, lots of parts involved here owner: blabs sc team
  6. Pool permissions/relayer perms/misc perms: After everything is deployed, a governance vote must occur to fully set up the pools i.e. swap fee delegation, relayer addition, fee collector permissions, etc owner: maxis (talk to trit)

Will add more as I think of it
