Proposal is to have a clear dashboard showing of what entities/multisigs have what permissions and what is pending. It would show current state/future state of each permission and count-down for any time locked changes.

This could serve as a “browser for permissions” to help interpret a governance proposal with the potential to evolve into a tool to build a governance proposal specification. All this information is currently available but requires written scripts to pull information for manual checking.
